1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Our Services

Final Expense Leads Tree provides lead generation services, specifically final expense data leads and live-transfers. All leads and transfers are generated through our proprietary marketing methods. We make no representations regarding the insurability or ultimate purchasing decision of the individuals whose information is provided.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Payment is required in full at the time an order is placed.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our checkout page.
  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the selected services.
  • All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

5. Final Sale and Non-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, real-time nature of our digital goods and live-transfer services, all sales are strictly final. We maintain a strict non-refundable policy across all our packages. Once an order is processed and fulfillment begins, no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

6. Billing Issues

If you believe there has been a billing error or an unauthorized charge on your account, you must contact our support team in writing at info@finalexpenseleadstree.com within twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction in question. Failure to report billing issues within this window constitutes acceptance of the charge.

7. Lead and Live-Transfer Disputes

We pride ourselves on quality, but we understand that errors occasionally occur in lead generation. You may dispute a lead or live-transfer if it meets specific invalidity criteria (e.g., disconnected number, explicitly outside your licensed state despite accurate targeting settings). All disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the lead or transfer. We reserve the right to review call logs and data to validate the dispute.

8. Replacement and Service Credits

If a dispute is reviewed and approved by our quality assurance team, we will issue a replacement lead, transfer, or an equivalent service credit to your account. We do not issue monetary refunds for disputed leads. Service credits hold no cash value and can only be used toward future orders with Final Expense Leads Tree.

9. Credit Expiration

All order balances, unused credits, replacement credits, promotional credits, and service credits expire strictly 45 days after the date of purchase or issuance.

After the 45-day expiration period:

  • Expired balances will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
  • Credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • Balances cannot be transferred to another account or agent.
  • Pausing or delaying a campaign does not extend the expiration date.
  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their campaigns are active and credits are utilized before expiration.
  • Any remaining balance will be permanently removed from your account.

10. Promotional Credits and Discounts

Promotional credits, coupon codes, and special discounts are offered at our sole discretion. These promotions hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases. If an order utilizing a promotional code is partially fulfilled, any awarded replacement credits will be proportional to the discounted rate paid.

11. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Maintain all necessary state and federal licenses to sell life insurance.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) registry rules, when contacting leads.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date account, billing, and contact information.
  • Be available to receive live transfers during your scheduled campaign hours.

12. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-intent prospects, Final Expense Leads Tree makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the closing ratio, conversion rate, or profitability of the leads and transfers provided. Success depends significantly on the agent's sales skills, presentation, and follow-up persistence.

13. Campaign Availability and Delivery

Delivery timelines for leads and live transfers are estimates and not guaranteed. Campaign fulfillment depends on market conditions, target states, and consumer demand. We are not liable for any delays in delivery or for times when live transfer volume fluctuates.

14. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information associated with our platform. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, website design, text, and graphics associated with Final Expense Leads Tree are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website or services without our prior written consent.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, CRMs). In the event of termination for breach of Terms, any pending services or account credits will be immediately forfeited without refund.

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to file a credit card chargeback or dispute any valid payment made for services delivered. Because our services have a strict final sale policy, initiating a chargeback is a violation of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, your account will be immediately suspended, and we reserve the right to pursue collections and legal action to recover the disputed funds plus any associated fees or penalties.

22. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

23. Severability
